Receipt of goods

Goods must be inspected by the dealer upon delivery and defective or wrong delivery (not ordered) goods must be reported and returned within 14 days from date of delivery for exchange or a credit. See Returns Procedure below.

Returns Procedure

Any goods returned must follow the Returns Procedure. The stockist should provide details of the item to be returned and the reasons for return to MotoGirl.

Warranty/Faulty Items

Goods are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, accidental damage, malicious damage or misuse.

An email to sales@motogirl.co.uk detailing the fault with the item, date of purchase (purchase receipt) and a photographs showing the fault. If outside of the UK, we will also need a photo of the PO number label. Returned faulty goods are only exchanged or credited after authorisation by MotoGirl. Please note that all goods must be returned with original packaging/armour and original tags, please remove any of your own tags/labels before returning. "Sale or return" ( where customers order various sizes or items, and return unsold items for credit)

Items ordered can be returned within 30 days for credit.
If over 30 days please contact us to confirm the return, note an additional admin charge of 10% may be applied.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in good, resalable condition. Items must also have all the original tags, garment bags and armour included to avoid an additional charge on the return.

Please indicate on your order that it is a 'sale or return' if you are ordering a couple of items for customers to try-on.
Indicate the order/invoice number on your return note with the item being returned.
We will not accept discontinued items / items no longer available on the portal.

Passing of title

All goods supplied, whilst at the risk of the purchaser, remain the property of MotoGirl until any / all outstanding bills due to MotoGirl have been paid in full. The dealer agrees to hold all supplied goods as bailee, store them so that they can be identified as the property of MotoGirl and keep them separate from the dealer’s or other’s property until such payment(s) have been made. MotoGirl reserves the right to reclaim any such goods without the need to give notice (and the dealer agrees to grant an irrevocable licence for access to premises for this purpose) should credit terms be exceeded, payment dishonoured, the dealer declared bankrupt or winding up proceedings commenced or if, for any reason, the business is to cease or MotoGirl reasonably fears that such events may occur.

Payment terms

All goods are payable on order unless specific credit terms and credit limits have been agreed. Credit terms, if agreed, are normally 30 days from end of month. Note if you exceed your credit limit, we will not be able to dispatch your order until payment has been received to reduce the balance owed.

Failure to abide by credit terms may result in the removal of any such terms and goods will subsequently only be dispatched on the receipt of cleared funds. 

All new accounts will pay upfront for the first 3 orders before dispatch after which payment= terms can be discussed.

Use of MotoGirl Logos, pictures and proprietary material

Motogirl, is the owner of the brand MotoGirl, its logos and writings, pictures, and the trademark MOTOGIRL® and their pictures and logos. MotoGirl allows the undersigned dealers, who by this agreement accepts, the non exclusive right to use “MotoGirl” name, logo and images of MotoGirl products, supplied by MotoGirl by link/CD /mail, for the sole purposes of marketing original MotoGirl products / of selling original MotoGirl products.

The Dealer agrees to publish the above mentioned images, for the sole purposes of marketing original MotoGirl products / of selling original MotoGirl products. The printing and/or publication of these pictures must be exactly the same as the final layout.

No other usage is permitted. MotoGirl can at any time and for any reason revoke this approval. This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

Variations

Except by authorized replacement in their entirety, or where a separate written Sale or Return agreement is in place, these conditions may not be varied or altered by any employee of the company whether in writing or otherwise. MotoGirl’s failure to enforce any of these conditions at any time does not prevent the later enforcement of any or all of them. Above terms and conditions were provided by letter and email and remain available for dealers to view upon request Dealers are reminded of terms and conditions on all order confirmation and on all invoices.

Postage (UK Only)

All orders from the UK must be made before or up to 1pm UK time or will not be guaranteed next day delivery. We send all our orders on a Next Working Day Delivery service.
